Requirements:

One Non-player head coach (21+ years old) must be on every team.

Adult Division

Ages: 19 or older as of November 8th, 2025.

One player indicated as head coach must be on every team.

Each team must provide 1 volunteer referee (or risk disqualification).

How to Sign UP
1 / Register as a Coach
Use the link above and sign in or register an account to volunteer as a head coach. Doing this will allow you to establish a team and pay the $500 tournament fee.
2 / Invite Players
Once the head coach has registered, they'll need to pass along the team code or invite all of the players to join the team. Each player will need to fill out a registration form in order to participate.
3 / Volunteer Referee
One person from every team in the Adult Division must volunteer to be a referee. Log into your registration and click volunteer opportunities on your home page.
